Attendance & Sign-In/Out
All campers must be checked in and out daily with CGSC staff.

Pick-Up Timing
Please do not arrive before 3:30 PM. End-of-day clean-up and de-rigging are part of instruction.

Weather
Camp runs rain or shine. On-water activities pause only for thunder or lightning.

Early Pick-Up / Late Arrival
Late arrivals and early pick-ups are disruptive once groups are on the water and should be coordinated during lunchtime when possible.

Refund & Registration Policy

• Refunds are issued minus a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• No refunds once a session has started.
• Withdrawals due to illness or accident require written physician verification.
• Full payment is required prior to the start of the session.
• Fees are not prorated for missed days or late starts.
• Registration and payment must be completed online only.

Parent Expectations

Please do not:

• Do not linger past 9:00 AM. A quick goodbye helps younger or nervous campers settle in more easily.
• Do not wait at the dock. This area must remain clear for safe boat movement.

• Do introduce yourself to our coaches and leadership team.
• Do immediately contact Rosa Lamela with any concerns.
• Do encourage your camper to speak with staff if they feel uncomfortable for any reason.
• Do follow all camp rules and policies outlined on this page.
• Do be patient with parking, drop-off, and pick-up.
