Rooted in Coconut Grove Sailing Club’s long-standing commitment to access, excellence, and leadership development, CGSC proudly presents the inaugural Sophia Cup – Biscayne Bay’s first all-young women’s regatta, celebrating confidence, courage, and the transformative power of sailing. Young female sailors from the C420, Optimist and ILCA classes are invited to participate.
The regatta will be held at Coconut Grove Sailing Club February 21-22, 2026.

▶ Important Parking & Access Rules
Parking at Coconut Grove Sailing Club (CGSC) is for members only.
Unauthorized vehicles parked at CGSC will be towed at the owner’s expense.
There is ample paid public parking at Regatta Park and nearby garages.
All competitors, coaches, and support personnel must follow staff directions when loading and unloading.
▶ Arrival & Registration
All competitors and coaches must register upon arrival.
Registration and check-in will take place at the CGSC clubhouse inside the meeting room on the second floor.
▶ Boat, Dolly & Gear Storage
Boats and dollies must remain within assigned staging areas.
Gear and equipment must stay in the allotted space at all times.
▶ Rinsing & Cleanliness
Rinsing hoses are available throughout CGSC grounds.
Trash bins are located throughout the covered patio area.
Please help keep CGSC clean by disposing of all trash properly.
▶ Coach Boat Docking
A limited number of coach boats may dock overnight at CGSC’s dinghy dock only.
Coach boats are strictly forbidden from docking at either the central members-only or the hoisting docks.
Spectator boats are not allowed to dock overnight and may only do “touch and go” docking during the event.
▶ Trailer Parking
Coach trailers must be parked along the mangrove shoreline next to CGSC’s east-facing gate.
